History
Custom Garage Suites is an extension of Liske Developments Ltd.. Liske Developments is an Edmonton based construction company that specializes in building custom living spaces. Whether it is a small starter home, a new home in a new or mature neighborhood or an estate home on a large acreage lot, Liske Developments has done it all.
For the past 25 years Liske Developments has been involved in infill housing within the Edmonton region helping to revive some of the oldest parts of the city.
In response to the City of Edmonton's mission to renew older neighborhoods, decrease urban sprawl and create more affordable housing, Liske Developments created a new company that focuses on building affordable and sustainable garage suites.
Mission
We believe:
1) Garage Suites are a very viable and unobtrusive answer to fulfill the City of Edmonton's call for additional housing within mature neighborhoods.
2) Quality is the key to a successful build. We have some of the best trades in the industry, many of which we have been using for over 15 years. They know the quality we expect.
3) Efficiency is important. We understand that the construction process can be stressful and irritating, so we do our best to make sure that your build is managed as efficiently as possible.
4) Communication is vital. We want to build the best garage suite we can for you and having open lines of communication is the way to see that happen. You always have access to the build and to our cell phones, so if there is ever a question or a concern, feel free to call us. We will be happy to listen and work through any situation.
5) Custom is always an option. Although we have plans and specific building specifications that we quote and price from, there may be something special that you want to add. Whether it is a completely unique design or that little touch of something special, our experience in the custom housing market has you covered. The sky is the limit.
